Create a website that matches the clarity and conviction of Strada’s mission
Strada Education Foundation was stepping into a bold new chapter of refining its mission and strategy to drive real systems change in education and the workforce. But its website wasn’t keeping up. Fragmented and hard to navigate, it failed to clearly show what Strada does, why it matters, or how to engage. They needed a digital platform that could cut through the noise, spark trust, and rally the right partners to act.
Designing a site that guides users toward action — and amplifies Strada’s system-wide impact
We partnered with Strada to transform their site into a dynamic, mission-aligned platform centered on their five strategic focus areas. Rebuilt on Webflow, the new experience pairs intuitive UX with purposeful storytelling, giving users clear pathways to explore Strada’s research, tools like the State Opportunity Index, and the system-level impact behind their work.

Connecting Strategy to Story
The new site brings Strada’s five focus areas—Clear Outcomes, Quality Coaching, Affordability, Work-Based Learning, and Employer Alignment—to the forefront. Each area anchors its own landing page and is threaded throughout the site via smart tagging, mentions, and cross-linked content, creating a connected experience that helps users see how each piece of the work contributes to the bigger picture.
Giving the State Opportunity Index a Place to Shine
The State Opportunity Index is one of Strada’s most powerful tools — but on the old site, it felt buried. We gave it a permanent, prominent home with a dynamic map interface that invites users to explore opportunity data by state. With intuitive interactions and clear connections to policy, the new SOI experience acts as a conversation starter, not just a data drop.

Rebuilding the Research Experience
Strada produces research that drives change, but the previous website made it hard to find and even harder to maintain. We redesigned the architecture of their research and reports library from the ground up, aligning taxonomy and search with how users explore. We also introduced a flexible content template system that gives every report, article, and press release a consistent look and feel, making it easier to create, manage, and scale their thought leadership over time.


Co-Creating With Strada’s Team
This project was built on deep collaboration and shared ownership. The Strada team brought a clear vision and a strong sense of purpose, working closely with us through shared docs, weekly meetings, and live reviews. They established a Web Advisory Group to guide content updates and ensure alignment across teams. Our designers also partnered with Strada’s creative team to thoughtfully select photography that would bring their mission to life, choosing images that not only looked great but told the right story. The result is a digital experience that truly reflects who they are and where they’re headed.
