ThreeSixtyEight partnered with the Burning Glass Institute to transform the EQOS brand identity and digital presence, creating a clear pathway for stakeholders to understand and engage with non-degree credential quality standards.

The non-degree credential landscape was becoming increasingly complex, with multiple stakeholder groups – from students to policymakers – needing clear guidance on quality standards. EQOS, despite its crucial role in establishing these standards, lacked a cohesive brand identity and digital platform that could effectively communicate its value proposition to diverse audiences. The challenge was to distill complex educational quality metrics into an accessible, engaging brand experience that would resonate with learners, employers, educational institutions, and policymakers alike.

The new strategy centered around a refreshed visual identity system, complete with new logo variations, color palette, typography, and design elements. Our approach prioritized a phased website redesign that considered the unique needs of multiple audience segments, with strategic timing aligned with the JFF Horizons Conference for maximum impact. The project delivered brand collateral that effectively translates complex standards into clear, actionable insights, alongside an intuitive digital platform that efficiently guides each user group to relevant information.

The new brand system and website were designed to scale with EQOS's growth while maintaining the authority and credibility needed in the education quality standards space. Our phased launch approach ensured both immediate impact and long-term success, with the initial MVP launch at the JFF Horizons Conference followed by a complete site rollout.
