Suffolk Construction is one of America’s most forward-thinking construction firms, known for innovation and execution at scale. But its digital presence hadn’t kept pace with its reputation. Suffolk needed a website that reflected who they had become: a confident, optimistic brand that builds the future as boldly as it builds the American skyline.
ThreeSixtyEight was tasked with creating a site that didn’t just inform; it had to inspire. The goal was to prove Suffolk’s expertise to potential clients while celebrating the people who make it possible. The challenge wasn’t just about structure or style. It was about reshaping what a construction website could feel like: strategic, cinematic, and unmistakably human.

Every decision began with a single purpose: capture the optimism, precision, and human drive that define how Suffolk builds.
We structured our strategy around three guiding principles:
- America’s Contractor. We highlighted Suffolk’s national scale and local pride, showing how their footprint spans communities and skylines across the country.
- The People Behind the Build. We made Suffolk’s talent the heroes of the story. Every scroll reveals their craft and perspective.
- Optimism as the Rule. A call from your contractor usually means bad news. This site flips that assumption. Bright design moments and motion storytelling reinforce trust, progress, and energy throughout.
This framework positioned us to build a site that is a living, breathing brand of American ingenuity.



The Suffolk System. We transformed Suffolk’s proprietary process into an interactive journey. Visitors can explore how technology, data, and expertise connect across every phase of construction.
Projects. The new portfolio centers around an interactive map that transforms Suffolk’s national footprint into a narrative of impact. Visitors can explore projects across the country, seeing the company’s reach and craftsmanship unfold state by state.
Red & Blue University. Suffolk’s culture of learning comes to life through Red & Blue University. We reframed professional development as a story of belonging and growth, helping future talent see themselves as part of something bigger.
Inspired by architecture, the site’s layout and motion system echo structure and flow. Confident typography, modern grids, and blueprint-like details lend form to Suffolk’s precision and strength. Subtle animations move with purpose, mirroring the measured rhythm of building.



The new Suffolk.com redefines what it means to build a digital experience for a legacy industry. Within six weeks of launch, engagement time rose by 578%, scroll depth increased by 516%, and form submissions soared.
