Create a future-ready website that embodies the power and momentum of the STARs movement
Opportunity@Work isn’t just another nonprofit. They’re rewiring the labor market to unlock the potential of over 70 million STARs, workers Skilled Through Alternative Routes. But their old website? It couldn’t keep up. Built on a rigid WordPress backend, the site was hard to navigate, harder to update, and failed to rally the right audiences, from policymakers to employers to STARs themselves. Opportunity@Work needed a flexible platform that could scale with their impact, serve four very different audience groups, and deliver a message as clear and compelling as their mission.

A user-first, mission-aligned platform designed to convert interest into action
We partnered with Opportunity@Work to transform their site into a high-performing digital HQ that speaks to who they are now and where they’re going. Rebuilt in Webflow, the site now gives their team the freedom to create, edit, and evolve content at the speed of change. We created a modular design system that supports strategic storytelling and makes it dead simple for users to find what matters to them, whether they’re a STAR looking for belonging, a state official ready to drop degree requirements, or an employer ready to join the movement.
