Culture that feels like community
Stay in the know

This month, we earned the #1 spot in the Small Business category for Baton Rouge Business Reportâs Best Places to Work.
Frankly, I was surprised by this because 2025 has been a pretty tough year.
Itâs stretched us. Itâs challenged us. Itâs asked more of us than we expected.
But through it all, this team has shown up.
I was reminded of something I heard once: âYou can fail at what you do, but you can never fail at who you are.â
The TSE team proved that to be true in a big way. And for that, Iâm forever grateful.
As I think about how we got here and what culture looks like when itâs working - a few things keep rising to the top:
- We check on each other. Not just deadlines and deliverables.
- We give room to figure things out. Creativity doesnât always come on schedule, and the best ideas often need space and intentional space for play.
- We speak up. Even when itâs uncomfortable and hard, we listen.
- We donât keep score. We carry the weight together.
- We care deeply (maybe too much sometimes). Iâd take that over apathy any day.
Thatâs what Iâve seen and felt.
And if thatâs what helped get us here, then thatâs what I want to keep protecting.
To our clients and community - thank you for trusting us, building with us, and letting us be part of something meaningful.
