Culture that feels like community

Stay in the know

As seen in the October 2025 newsletter; written by Jeremy Beyt, CEO.

This month, we earned the #1 spot in the Small Business category for Baton Rouge Business Report’s Best Places to Work.

Frankly, I was surprised by this because 2025 has been a pretty tough year.

It’s stretched us. It’s challenged us. It’s asked more of us than we expected.

But through it all, this team has shown up.

I was reminded of something I heard once: “You can fail at what you do, but you can never fail at who you are.”

The TSE team proved that to be true in a big way. And for that, I’m forever grateful.

As I think about how we got here and what culture looks like when it’s working - a few things keep rising to the top:

  • We check on each other. Not just deadlines and deliverables.
  • We give room to figure things out. Creativity doesn’t always come on schedule, and the best ideas often need space and intentional space for play.
  • We speak up. Even when it’s uncomfortable and hard, we listen.
  • We don’t keep score. We carry the weight together.
  • We care deeply (maybe too much sometimes). I’d take that over apathy any day.

That’s what I’ve seen and felt.

And if that’s what helped get us here, then that’s what I want to keep protecting.

To our clients and community - thank you for trusting us, building with us, and letting us be part of something meaningful.
